Including India, Africa, and Latin America, that's over four-fifths of the planet potentially flouting copyright (and probably closer to 95% in real terms, as a law being extant is apart from there being willingness or ability to enforce it. (And whether there even ought to be a singular, globe-spanning enforcement entity capable of imposing itself is another matter.)Man, there will always be places where you will not be able to enforce a copyright. Places like China, Russia, and probably a lot of third world or "developing" countries.
